Consumption of tea, coffee, cold drinks and sweet lassi can be dangerous for diabetics. Carbohydrates are found in large amounts in all these drinks, which can increase the level of glucose in the blood rapidly. Therefore, they should not be consumed.
White Rice, White Bread
Consumption of white rice and white bread is also dangerous for diabetic patients. It has a very low fiber content and a lot of carbs, which increases the level of glucose in the blood. Brown rice and brown bread can be consumed instead.
